EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE PAYROLL PORTAL
Employees are able to view and print current and prior pay statements, annual W-2 forms, and change an address by using the Employee Self-Service Portal. To register for the Employee Self-Service Portal, click on the "ESSP Directions" link below to view the instructions, and then click on the hyperlink to log in.

PAYROLL AND PERSONNEL INFORMATION

FORMS FOR ADMINISTRATORS/HIRING MANAGERS ONLY

Employee Exit - Administrators/Hiring Managers must complete this electronic form
                               to notify the Central Office of employees exiting the District.

Intent to Hire - PROFESSIONAL STAFF - Administrators must complete this electronic form to notify the
                               Central Office of all new professional staff recommended for appointment.

Professional Staff New Hire Packet Checklist - Administrators must complete, print, and sign this form
                               and send it to the Central Office with all require documentation for new hires.

Intent to Hire - NON-PROFESSIONAL STAFF - Administrators/Hiring Managers must complete this electronic form
                               to notify the Central Office of all new non-professional staff recommended for appointment.

Internal Transfer - Administrators/Hiring Managers must complete this electronic form
                               to notify the Central Office of the internal transfer of existing staff.

Leave of Absence - Administrators/Hiring Managers must complete this electronic form to notify the Central
                                 Office of employees leaving on  *OR *  returning from an approved Leave of Absence.
