Withdrawing students

School Year Withdrawals

If you are withdrawing your child(ren) from Oxford Public Schools during the school year, please complete the following:
  • Print and complete the two forms below for each child.
  • Submit both forms at the office of the school your child currently attends.
  • If you send both forms in with your child, please contact the school to confirm that the school has received the forms.

Summer Withdrawals

If you are withdrawing your child(ren) during the Summer, once you know your plans are definite please complete and print the two forms below for each child.
  Then either:
    • Mail the forms to the school your child would have attended in the fall.
      • A.M. Chaffee Elementary School - Preschool, K, and 1st
      • Clara Barton Elementary School - 2nd, 3rd and 4th
      • Oxford Middle School - 5th, 6th, and 7th
      • Oxford High School - 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th
    • Drop off the forms to the school your child would have attended in the fall.  
      • A.M. Chaffee, Clara Barton, and OMS Main Offices will close Friday, June 29, 2018, and re-open Tuesday, August 14, 2018.  
      • OHS Main Office will be open most days, Monday through Friday, throughout the summer.
      • All offices will be closed July 4th.
