Educator Evaluation (OEA Members Only)

During the 2012-13 school year, the Oxford Public School begun the implementation of the Educator Evaluation System. Overall, the District has adopted the Model System (with some agreed modifications) provided by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Moving forward this mandatory training will serve as a review for all professional staff (OEA members) with regard to the system, its requirements, timelines, and reported outcomes.

All OEA members are asked to read the documents posted below at the start of each school year and newly hired OEA members during the school year are asked to complete the training within 30 calendar days. At the conclusion of the training, the certification form indicating review and understanding must be completed and submitted electronically to the Superintendent's Office.

Professional staff are encouraged to utilize the DESE website on Educator Evaluation, as well as the OEA website.

Should you have any questions, professional staff should contact their Union President.
