Home School
The Oxford Public Schools recognizes the rights of parents to have a home education alternative to public school for their child(ren), and we strive to support home school families who undertake the great responsibility of educating their child(ren) at home.
Parents have the right to propose a home education alternative and the Superintendent of Schools has the right, under Chapter 76 of the Massachusetts General Laws, to approve or disapprove of such proposal. Approval must be obtained prior to implementation.
