Summer Food Service 2025
What Is the Summer Food Service Program?
The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), also known as Summer Eats, is a federally funded program that ensures children and teens have access to healthy meals during the summer months when school is not in session.
Funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and administered in Massachusetts by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), this program helps bridge the nutrition gap by offering free, nutritious meals to all kids and teens ages 18 and under—no registration or ID required.
Oxford Public Schools is proud to participate in this important program and help ensure that no child goes hungry during the summer break.
