Withdrawing Students

School Year Withdrawals

If you are withdrawing your child from the Oxford Public Schools during an active school year, please complete the Consent to Release Records form at the bottom of this page (one for each child) and submit them to your child's individual school, along with all necessarily school-issued materials your child is in possession of.

Summer Withdrawals

If you are withdrawing your child from the Oxford Public Schools during the summer, please complete the Consent to Release Records form at the bottom of this page (one for each child) and contact the individual schools to organize a time with the building principals to drop off the form and all necessarily school-issued materials your child is in possession of.

School-Issued Materials

All materials issued by the school to your child must be returned upon withdrawing them.  School records are not permitted to be released to a new school until all such belongings are returned.
 
School-issued materials include, but are not limited to:
  • Chromebooks;
  • Chargers;
  • Books;
  • Any other devices or belongings.
